Thoughts

Met Paul professionally and he helped me no end. He was there for help & advice to get me though my NEBOSH and for advice going forward. So sad to hear of his passing and will be missed.

From Steve A - l have been friends with Paul for over 30 years and although our journey has been temporary suspended l will carry the memories in my heart until we meet again. Anyone who knew Paul will appreciate this one story that comes to mind. We used to go out for dinner regularly and we would take turns to pay the bill.  It was my turn in the chair and we feasted on fresh lobsters washed down with a crisp Chablis. The following week it was Paul's  turn to pay ..he took me to the local pub in Bromham which had a nice but limited menu. l picked out ham egg and chips and a pint of bitter...which is exactly what l fancied..but Paul was having none of it. " There is no way you are having ham egg and chips after the lobster dinner you bought me last week ..l would never hear the last of it..and everytime l bumped into someone they would say..You only bought Steve ham egg and chips you tight bastard. And he immediately changed my order to fresh Sea Bass and a bottle of chardonnay.  That was Paul..always smart.. always thinking ahead and never to be outdone and l loved him

I first met Paul in 2004 when working with him at Honeywell in Mora, Czech Republic. We developed a great friendship and respect for one another from there and he and Beckie and the EHSC team helped me immensely over the years. Paul will be missed by so many for his professionalism, laughter, charm, friendship, and his humanity. Godspeed my friend!
