My wonderful memories of Paul will live on forever. Out travel escapades started with the England cricket tour of the West Indies where I shared a room with him for a few weeks, we shared this trip with two guys Andy & Richard whom I’d met on a previous Ashes Tour in Australia. Paul joined me in Cape Town a few years later where we met up again with the boys at the Test Match, a larger than life character full of charisma Paul found it so easy to mix with others. When I spoke with Andy yesterday, he responded with, “he was one of the nicest blokes I've ever had the pleasure to meet & spend time with”. Paul came to Hawaii during my last USA trip and met my pal Michael and we had fun too. Bernie and I first met Paul at MK Dons and our lives changed forever after that, you can say you can count your true friends on one hand if your lucky, I’m fortunate that Paul is in my to three. Such a kind generous genuine man, packed with fun and laughter, a true kindred spirit and a sad loss to the world. I’m gonna miss you my friend, but never forget you. RIP Paul Winter MBE.
